Effective Date: 1 April 2026
This Service Policy governs the terms of your 5SEC service, including billing, cancellation, tier changes, and the benefits associated with each tier. By purchasing a service, you agree to these terms.
5SEC offers three service tiers:

All prices are in USD. Annual billing is charged as a single payment. Monthly billing is charged on the same calendar date each month.
Service fees are charged automatically at the start of each billing period (monthly or annual) via the payment method on file. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.
If a payment fails, we will retry the charge up to three times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your service will be suspended until the outstanding balance is resolved.
Prices are subject to change with 30 days' written notice. Existing presenciers will be notified by email before any price increase takes effect. You may cancel before the new price applies.
You may cancel your service at any time. To cancel:

Your service remains active through the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation. For refund eligibility on unused periods, see our Refund Policy.
The Presence System tier requires a one-time $75 onboarding call. This is not included in the annual or monthly fee and is charged separately at the time of booking.
The onboarding call is the foundation of your wardrobe system. It must be completed within 60 days of service activation. If not completed within this period, we will contact you to reschedule.
The onboarding call fee is non-refundable once the session has taken place.
Service benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared with non-presenciers. Benefits are tied to your individual account and are available only while your service is active.
The forthcoming BE—HAVE: Design of Presence (2026) book (included with all tiers) will be delivered digitally to your registered email address upon publication. Physical copies, where offered, will be shipped to the address on file.
Active presenciers of the Presence Standard and Presence System tiers are eligible to participate in the Legacy Introduction programme. This programme allows presenciers to refer individuals they believe belong in the Presence community.
When a referred individual joins as a paying presencier, the referring presencier receives a credit toward their service fee. Credit amounts and conditions are communicated through the Legacy Introduction portal within your account.
Abuse of the Legacy Introduction programme (including self-referral, fraudulent referrals, or referrals made in exchange for compensation outside the programme) will result in immediate service termination without refund.
We may update this Service Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email to active presenciers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of your service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
