5SEC is committed to ensuring that our platform is accessible to all users, including those with disabilities. We strive to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

We believe that everyone deserves access to professional styling and wardrobe guidance, regardless of ability. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, not a one-time project.

We have implemented the following measures to support accessibility:

• Keyboard navigation: All interactive elements are reachable and operable via keyboard.
• Focus indicators: Visible focus rings are maintained on all interactive elements.
• Colour contrast: Text and interactive elements meet or exceed WCAG 2.1 AA contrast ratios.
• Semantic HTML: Proper heading hierarchy, landmark regions, and ARIA labels are used throughout.
• Responsive design: The platform is usable across screen sizes and zoom levels up to 400%.
• Alternative text: Meaningful images include descriptive alt text.
• Form labels: All form inputs have associated labels.
• Error identification: Form errors are clearly identified and described in text.

While we work toward full WCAG 2.1 AA compliance, some areas of the platform may not yet meet all criteria. Known limitations include:

• The photo upload interface for the colour analysis selfie may present challenges for screen reader users. We are actively working on an alternative text-based input path.
• Some third-party embedded content (e.g., PayPal payment buttons) is governed by the accessibility standards of the respective provider.
