Shipping & Returns

1. Digital Services — No Shipping Required

5SEC is a fully digital service. Your Presence Profile, digital wardrobe, outfit recommendations, and all platform features are delivered electronically through your account. There is no physical product to ship, and no shipping fees apply to any 5SEC service.

Your Presence Profile is delivered to your account within 24 hours of assessment submission. You will receive an email notification when it is ready.

2. Physical Products (Where Applicable)

Where 5SEC facilitates the procurement of physical garments or accessories as part of a managed wardrobe service (Presence Executive tier), the following applies:

  • Physical items are sourced from third-party retailers and brands. Shipping timelines and policies are governed by the respective retailer.
  • 5SEC acts as a styling advisor, not a retailer. We do not take title to physical goods.
  • Returns of physical items must be handled directly with the retailer from whom the item was purchased.
  • 5SEC will assist Executive clients in coordinating returns as part of the managed service.

3. Returns — Digital Services

Because our services are delivered digitally and involve significant professional time and proprietary analysis, our refund policy is as follows:

  • 5SEC Assessment ($79): Non-refundable once the assessment has been submitted and the profile generation process has begun. See our Assessment Policy for full details.
  • Membership: Pro-rated refunds are available for unused membership months. See our Refund Policy for the calculation method and conditions.
  • Onboarding Call ($75): Non-refundable once the session has taken place.
