5SEC Assessment Policy

The 5SEC Assessment™ is a one-time, personalised diagnostic service that produces your Presence Profile — a comprehensive analysis of your colour system, fit profile, and wardrobe archetype, reviewed by a Professor Nedo trained student using his proprietary framework — not an algorithm.

The assessment is not a subscription. It is a single purchase that produces a permanent, personalised document. Your Presence Profile belongs to you and is accessible through your account indefinitely.

The $79 5SEC Assessment includes:

• A 7-step questionnaire covering lifestyle, body data, and visual preferences
• AI-assisted photo analysis of your selfie for undertone, skin depth, and saturation classification
• Body measurement processing and fit profile generation
• Personal review by a Professor Nedo trained student using his proprietary framework
• Your complete Presence Profile: colour system, fit profile, wardrobe archetype, and Nedo's Note
• Permanent access to your profile through your 5SEC account

In exceptional circumstances (high volume, complex profiles), delivery may take up to 48 hours. If your profile has not been delivered within 48 hours of submission, contact us at [email protected].

The assessment requires a clear selfie for colour analysis. To ensure accurate results:

• Take the photo in natural daylight (not direct sunlight)
• Face the camera directly, with your full face visible
• Remove glasses if possible
• Avoid heavy filters or editing
• Wear a neutral-coloured top if possible

Poor photo quality may affect the accuracy of your colour analysis. If the submitted photo is unusable, we will contact you to request a replacement before proceeding.

Your photo is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. It is used exclusively for colour analysis and is not shared with third parties for any other purpose.

The $79 assessment fee is non-refundable once the assessment has been submitted and the profile generation process has begun.

If you submit payment but do not complete the assessment questionnaire within 30 days, you may request a refund by contacting [email protected]. Refunds in this circumstance are at our discretion.

The 5SEC Assessment is based on the information and photographs you provide. The accuracy of your profile depends on the quality and accuracy of your inputs. We are not responsible for inaccurate results caused by poor-quality photographs, inaccurate measurements, or incomplete questionnaire responses.

If you believe your profile contains a significant error, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concern and, where warranted, revise your profile at no additional charge.

All data collected during the assessment — including photographs, body measurements, and questionnaire responses — is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This data is classified as sensitive personal data and is subject to the biometric data protections described in Section 3 of that policy.
