Our Guarantee

If after completing your Presyn full profile assessment you don't feel 100% more clarity about your colour identity, your wardrobe direction, and how to shop for your frame — we will refund every dollar. No questions asked. Email us within 7 days of receiving your report.

This guarantee exists because we know the system works. If it doesn't work for you, you shouldn't pay for it.

Upgrade Credit

If you choose to upgrade to a Presyn service within 30 days of your assessment, your $79 assessment fee is credited in full toward your first month.

Section 02

Service Cancellation

You may cancel your Presyn service at any time with 30 days written notice sent to [email protected].

For annual memberships cancelled before the end of the billing year: we will refund the remaining unused months, net of the following:

  • 01The $79 assessment fee (if credited at signup)
  • 02$75 per 1-on-1 session completed during the service

Monthly memberships: cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial month refunds.

Your profile and colour data remain accessible for 90 days after cancellation.
